The project I seek to create is actually to continue on my stop motion animation for class. Unfortunately I could not finish it fully up by Friday of last week, but this new three week “break” will now give m the time to finish it and work out a few difficulties in its creation.
My plan is to first do some test shots for the next two shots of the animation (Shots four and five). These shots are proving to be difficult to construct so I’ll first begin by experiment around with different movements, shot compositions, and testing the limitations. Next I’ll do some quick stop motions tests with the figures to test out the green screen. Once I find something that clicks I’ll animate that fully, add the necessary background effects and the shot will hopefully take on a life of its own.
Today I plant to so some green screen and lighting effect tests to see how I can improve the special effects from the last shot I did. Next I’ll see if i can animate today or at least do a couple test animations to see what works and what does not.
This is a draft I made for how I could have all the subjects act in the scene. Obviously I had to change some things due to the differences with the monster in the scene and the monsters I’m using as the figures.
