Firstly I must admit I was not able to accomplish all that I wished to do today due to having to spend part of the day delivering food and essential items to my grandparents due to the pandemic that is still happening. On the bright side I have constructed a good scheduled of events that should spell out completion for this stop motion in the next couple days.
April 17 – Add eye glow, breath, and snow to shot of Godzilla roaring. Complete the shot with all visual effects.
April 18 – Animate the three Godzilla’s standing around looking “intimidating”. This same day find a picture on Google to act as a background. Align all Godzilla’s in the shot to replicate the look in the film. If I have extra time I will search for additional lightning and various weather effects.
April 19 – Add background clouds and lightning to shot. Adjust color and rightness of shot to match others. Begin work on eye glow.
April 20 – Continue and finish adding eye glow effects. Find and add snow and particle effects. Hopefully finish shot.
April 21 – An extra day (IF NEEDED) to tweak shot and other existing shots.
I’m looking forward to finally finish this project to see it in its entirety and to finally attend to some other art related projects that have been put on hold. This will most certainly go on my slide show for work I’ve proudly done in digital design!
